So how to use the thermos properly:

First, wash thoroughly once a day. This is the fundamental way to prevent odors and stains. When cleaning, you must not just rinse it with water, but also take care of the cup noodles, the inner pot, and the bottle cap.

Second, wash the liner first and then the cap.
