1. Are you a factory or trading company?
Yes, we are a factory. we have more than 8 years of experience in bottle production.
2. What is your MOQ?
MOQ is 3000pcs for each item, egg packing, white box, and color box package. Please confirm the qty and all details before you order with us, we will send you quotation accordingly. With our high quality and good service.
3. Can I ask for samples and how long are the samples ready?
Sure. Usually, we may send you 1-2pcs samples in our stock. It takes about 2-3 days to send out samples.
If samples are customized by the buyer, they will be paid for by the buyer. Samples charge will be refundable when order qty reaches 20,000 pcs. We will send samples by courier FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a courier account, it will be fine to ship with your account.
4. Which craft we can use on the bottle?
Silk-screen, Laser-engraving, 3D print, Water-transfer printing, Hot-transfer printing
5. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for qty within 150Kpcs.
6. What format of the file do you need if we want our own design?
AI or PDF format will be the best for complicated designs, we will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.
7. Are these products dishwasher safe?
Shine surface water bottle is no problem for dishwasher, the bottle painted powder is ok if paint liquid is not suitable for dishwasher.
8. How many colors are available?
If color is normal, such as black color, white color, it is no problem, it is better for you to send me Panton no. for other colors.
9. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment terms are TT, 30% deposit after order signed, and 70% against copy of BL. We also accept L/C at sight if the total amount more than USD 20,000 .
10. Do you accept ODM ?
Yes, we accept it. you send me the drawing file for your design.
