3. Can I ask for samples and how long are the samples ready?

 Sure. We can send you 1-2 pcs samples for your checking for free if we have sample some pcs in stock. If the buyer needs the customized samples .it will be paid by the buyer. Samples charge will be refundable when order qty reaches 20,000 pcs. We will send samples by courier FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a courier account. 

It will take 7-10 days to send you samples .

5. How long is the production lead time?

It takes 35 days for qty within 150Kpcs.

6. Are these products dishwasher safe?

Shine surface s/s mug is no problem for dishwasher, the mug painted powder is ok if paint liquid is not suitable for dishwasher.

7. How many colors are available? 

We can print the color as your panton No.  

8. What is your payment term? 

Our normal payment terms are TT, 30% deposit after order signed, and 70% against copy of BL. We also accept L/C at sight if the total amount more than USD 20,000.
