1. Are you a factory or trading company?

A: Yes, we are a factory. we have more than 8 years experience.

2. What is your MOQ?

A: MOQ is 3000pcs for each item, Low MOQ 1000pcs for a normal item as trial order with white box package. Please confirm the qty and all details before you order with us, we will send you quotation accordingly. With our high quality and good service.

3. Can I ask for samples and how long are the samples ready?

A: Sure. Usually, samples are in our stock for free. It takes about 3 days to send out samples. But some item we will make it .it will be paid by buyer. Samples charge will be refundable when order qty reaches 20,000 pcs. Sending samples by courier FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a courier account, it will be fine to ship with your account.

For samples in our stock, it takes 3days. 2pcs is free. If you want customized samples, it takes 7days.

 
4. Which craft we can use on the bottle?

A: Silk-screen, Laser-engraving, 3D print, Water-transfer printing, Hot-transfer printing.

5. How long is the production lead time?

A: It takes 35 days for qty within 100Kpcs.

6. What format of the file do you need if we want our own design? 

A: AI or PDF format will be the best for complicated designs, we will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.

7. Are these products dishwasher safe?

A: Shine surface water bottle is no problem for dishwasher, the bottle painted powder is ok if paint liquid is not suitable for dishwasher.

8. How many colors are available? 

A: pls send me Panton no. we will make it as your Panton no.  

9. What is your payment term? 

A: Our normal payment terms are TT, 30% deposit after order signed, and 70% against copy of BL. We also accept L/C at sight.
