3. Can I ask for samples and how long are the samples ready ?

Sure.we can send you sample 1-2pcs by free if we have samples in our stock. It takes about 1-2 day to send out samples. if buyer customize sample, it will be paid by buyer. it takes 7days to send out the samples. Samples charge will be refundable when order qty reaches 20,000 pcs. we will send samples by courier Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have courier account, it will be fine to ship with your account.

4. Which craft we can use on the cans?

Silk-screen, Laser-engraving, 3D print, Water-transfer, Hot-transfer

5. How long is the production lead time?

It takes 35 days for qty within 150Kpcs.

6. What format of file do you need if we want our own design?

AI or PDF format will be the best for complicated designs, we will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.

7. How many colors are available?

A: if color is normal, such as black color, white color, it is no problem, it is better for you send me Panton no. for other colors.

8. What is your payment term?

Our normal payment terms is TT, 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of BL. We also accept L/C at sight if total amount more than USD 20,000.
