3. Can I ask for samples and how long are the samples ready ?
Sure. Usually, we can send you samples 1-2 pcs by free if we have some pcs in our stock, It takes about 1-2 days to send out samples. if buyer need customize the sample.it will be paid by buyer. Samples charge will be refundable when order qty reaches 20,000 pcs. we will send samples by courier Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have courier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. it takes 7 days to send you the samples.
4. Which craft we can use on the can?
Silk-screen, Laser-engraving, 3D print, Water-transfer, Hot-transfer.
5. how many employee in your factory ?
We have around 150 people in busy season.
6. What format of file do you need if we want our own design?
AI or PDF format will be the best for complicated designs, we will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.
7. how many production line in your factory ?
We have two metal production line and two polish line and two packing line.
8. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment terms is TT, 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of BL. We also accept L/C at sight if total amount more than USD 20,000.
