3. Can I ask for samples and how long are the samples ready?
A: Sure. We will send you 1-2 pcs by free if we have sample in our stock. It takes about 1-2 days to send out samples. if buyer need customized sample, it will be paid by buyer. Samples charge will be refundable when order qty reaches 20,000 pcs. we will send you samples by courier Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have courier account, it will be fine to ship with your account.

7. Are these products dishwasher safe?
Shine surface s/s cans is no problem for dishwasher, painted powder is ok, if paint liquid is not suitable for dishwasher.
8. How many colors are available?
A: if color is normal, such as black color, white color, it is no problem, it is better for you send me Panton no. for other colors.
9. What is your payment term?
A: Our normal payment terms is TT, 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of BL. We also accept L/C at sight if total amount more than USD 20,000.
