4.Outer Layer Preparation: Manufacture the outer layer of the thermos, usually choosing a non-conductive material such as plastic, to prevent temperature conduction.

5.Assembly: Assemble the prepared glass, insulation layer, and outer layer according to the design. Ensure they are tightly connected to form an integral structure.

6.Sealing: After assembly, ensure the thermos has good sealing performance. This includes installing the lid and sealing ring to prevent heat loss.

7.Testing: Perform performance tests on the assembled glass thermos to ensure it has good insulation properties and sturdy quality.

8.Cleaning and Packaging: Clean the tested thermos and proceed with packaging, including external packaging and instructional materials.
